Welcome to the year 4706! Yes, the Chinese people are slightly ahead of the people in the West…

The transition from the old to the new year was of course celebrated in the Chinese quarter in Antwerp, with lots of noise and a colorfull show. Unfortunately for me, there was very little direct sunlight, so no pretty game of light and dark… Nevertheless, I did get some nice pictures.

In case you wonder why there is lettuce hanging down in the first picture: well, it seems that lettuce is the favorite food of dragons… So watch out what you put in your garden! smiley
