It has been a while that I did a hiking trip on snowshoes, but last week we made a really nice trip, in the Queyras region in France. Our base was La Maison du Gaudissard.
It’s not only a really nice region, the weather was also really nice. Which resulted in a very large amount of pictures… Even after a thorough selection I ended up with 60 photo’s… 🙂
The daily hikes were not really a walk in the park: each day we had to conquer between 700 and 900 meters in altitude. But this went quite well for me. Which is remarkable: only a few months ago I was on sick leave due to a long and severe fatigue issue… You can read more about that and how I recovered on this page.
